Bernard Billaud and his nephew Samuel produce exceptional Chablis, which reflect all facets of the art of the winemaker: respect of terroir, of nature and of tradition, to produce wines which are at once elegant, subtle, sophisticated and balanced.

The domaine has 20 hectares of vines in some of the best sites in the appellation, including the Premiers Crus, Vaillons, Mont de Millieu and Montee de Tonnerre. These are crisp, mineral-laden wines that are superb examples of modern style, unoaked Chablis. Delicious when young, yet also ageing gracefully.

Tasting notes: The taste is a pleasant compromise between richness, freshness and elegance; it remains full and supple right through to the finish. The ripe fruit with a hint of vanilla and a light vegetal and mineral touch are all in gentle harmony with the softness of its structure. It is a Chablis for the pure pleasure of the palate.
