Ca’Dei Frati have some of the most outstanding vineyards in Lugana, which is the secret of their success. Most producers in the region overcrop, but here the vines are trained low, with a high density of planting and yields that are well below average for the area. With skilful winemaking in their modern winery, Igino Dal Cero produces wines which are as clean as a whistle.
