Tasting notes: The fruit for this unique style of wine was biodynamically grown at the Mangan vineyard in Margaret River. The quality of the fruit benefited from an exceptional growing season in 2009.
It was naturally fermented and aged for 12 months in predominantly used French oak to retain fruit freshness.
