Fussiacus was a Roman who built a villa where the village of Fuisse now stands. The domaine is owned by Jean-Paul Paquet, who succeeded his father in 1978. Jean-Paul takes great care in the vineyards and is an expert winemaker, producing superb, balanced wines. It is rare to find wines of such complexity and elegance at this level.
