Chateau de Larzac was briefly the home of Lord Clive of India, prior to his return to England. It was here that his Indian chef invented the much prized local delicacy ‘Les Petits Pates’, breads filled with sweet spicy lamb, a more refined version of Keema Naan. The vineyards are owned by Claudie et Pierre Bonafe and lie just outside Pezenas, a town half way between Beziers and Montpellier, in the Herault Valley, in the heart of the Languedoc.
