Emmanuel Delaille is the finest producer in Cheverny. We have a long relationship with this property and this great drinking wine just keeps getting better. A Sauvignon dominated blend from the Loire with a touch of Chardonnay to add a little weight and spice (Cloudy Bay use Semillon to achieve similar results). “Tingly, nervy and admirably fruity” according to Jancis Robinson MW, it is certainly better than many Sancerres that we have tried.
