Domaine Gayda is situated South East of Carcassonne in the Languedoc region of South West France. Known traditionally for its large area of vineyards producing volume table wines, things have changed rapidly over the last 5 to 10 years and Domaine Gayda is at the centre of the revolution.

Based in Brugairolles, Gayda has 11 hectares of vineyard surrounding the winery, and a further 8 hectares situated around the village of 'La Liviniere', in the foothills of the Black Mountains.

Fruit quality is at the centre of the winemaking philosophy. All grapes are handpicked and field graded and then again rigorously selected in the winery to ensure that only the very best grapes make it to the cuves.

Finally, substantial investment in new equipment makes full use of the latest technology, guaranteeing the grapes are treated with the respect they deserve.
