Elgin lies next to Walker Bay to the west of Cape Town. It is a recently created appellation planted following the success of its neighbour. Like Walker Bay, Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir are the dominant varieties grown.
Tasting notes: This is a complete and complex wine that fully respects the great variety and terroir from which it came. Peachy and citrussy with a great minerality, this wine has brilliant structure. Do not hesitate to decant to enjoy its color and enjoy all its flavors as soon as possible.
