Jerez lies on the southern tip of Spain. The three main towns of production are Jerez de la Frontera, El Puerto de Santa Maria and Sanlucar de Barrameda. A wealth of styles are produced, from floral bone dry finos through to thick raisony sweet Pedro Ximenez.

Tasting notes: Since 1981 Lustau has selected small quantities of the finest quality sherries which have been matured by small independent producers, better known as "almacenistas". This Amontillado, from Gonzalez Obregon, is classic, rich, nutty and has a very long finish.
Tasting notes: Dry - Dark amber in colour, with tobacco and leather aromas in the nose, this wine is intense, reminiscent of roasting coffee beans, spices and dark chocolate.
Tasting notes: Medium to medium-dry thanks to a little sweetening, this is a nutty Amontillado, with sweet youthful fruit and solera-influenced tones of oak, chamomile, and nuts.
