Producer: Domaine Saumaize-Michelin
Wine: Pouilly Fuisse Pentacrine 2009
Appellation: Pouilly_Fuisse Sub-region: Maconnais
Region: Burgundy Country: France
Grape: Chardonnay
Tasting notes: In the winery Roger gives each barrel individual attention during their maturation and then, like a mad alchemist, blends various barrels together to give a balanced and harmonious wine.

The resulting wines are full of pure Chardonnay fruit with an amazing balance between creamy oak, ripe, rich fruit and fresh, crisp acidity.
