Marlborough lies on the north east tip of South Island. Vines were first planted here in 1973, it is now New Zealand's largest and best known winegrowing area, famed for its Sauvignon Blanc. The free draining, gravelly soils provides ideal growing conditions. Other styles of wine, in particular Sparkling are now also gaining good reputations.
Tasting notes: Generous full bodied wine displaying an excellent balance of fruit and acidity with a fine citrus infused finish. This is arguably a far finer wine than Cloudy Bay at a considerably lower price.
Tasting notes: The Sauvignon Blanc Section 94 is only produced in very small quantities. Extended lees contact in barrel produces a wine with considerable texture and flavour along with immense character.

Tasting notes: A tangy salsa-like combination of honeydew melon, yellow peach and
pawpaw tossed with some red capsicum, a sprig of spicy tomato leaf and a twist of grapefruit zest — this is an intensely aromatic, mouth-filling wine with a refreshingly crisp, flinty finish.
Tasting notes: This wine is like a bowl of ripe fruits on a bed of freshly picked herbs. Underlain with a hint of crushed thyme and mint and supported by a whiff of gun-flint complexity. Generously mouth-filling, it has a spine of tangy minerality and grapefruity acidity, keeping it lively and fresh and drawing out its length.
Tasting notes: "Silken-textured Sauvignon Blanc with subtle grassy flavours and a fine-grained texture. Sophisticated food wine with a focus on texture rather than overt fruit character."
