Nicolas Girard, an associate of David Sautereau, makes wine for his family`s estate, Domaine des Brosses, in the Sancerre appellation. Nicolas also owns a small vineyard of Sauvignon Blanc vines in Menetou-Salon, the appellation which adjoins Sancerre to the southwest.
