The Muré family have been growing and making wine in the region of Rouffach since 1648. The vineyards are all worked biologically with only organic treatments employed. The roots are very deep and take the water slowly which keeps the yields small. The grapes are hand picked to ensure careful selection.The wines produced are extremely elegant, with a good bouquet, structure and fine acidity. They offer a near perfect balance between richness and strength.
