St Aubin

Over the past twenty years the land under vine in Saint Aubin has doubled and the production of white wine has trebled. It was long known for the relatively low cost of its wines and by choosing carefully there is still great value available from the 29 Premier Crus. The best whites can be deep and complex with elegant minerally fruitiness.
