Turkey Flat owns five vineyards spread over a radius of 20km from Bethany in the south, Ebenezer in the north, Stonewell in the west, with other vineyards in the east. They cover four very different sub-regions and give them the ability to blend the attributes of each subregion into their wines.

Tasting notes: This blend offers a complex nose of lime, fresh apricots, and citrus peel with lifted aromas of orange blossom and acacia flowers with nutmeg and toasted barrel nuances. A crisp, minerally white with flavours of ripe white stone fruits, citrus and grapefruit are enhanced from partial barrel fermentation in French oak hogsheads. Extended lees contact has further contributed to the mouth-feel and structure of this wine.

Tasting notes: The colour is rose petal pink with a panoply of red fruit flavours such as strawberries, cherries and leafy red and black currants. Fresh and vibrant with a crisp finish the fruit characters linger; tapered out with subtle tannins giving the wine enough body to complete this serious rose.
